I believe that is not a decision the forge can make.
Qth.net sets the format.

Last I heard the qth.net access was free to unbelievably cheap, which 
fits well with the public service nature and the user costs involved

  Think "gift horse" and all that sort of thing.

Pictures would be neat. We have tried different services in the past 
with mixed results.
