Uh. . . yes it was. It was hosted by the university of Washington. 
UWash.edu or something like that. man, that's an old memory for a brain 
damaged Tbi survivor to pull up.  Dave can probably dig into the 
archives and give you the straight poop. Enrique Varga (sp?) set both 
Theforge and Artmetal lists up at the same time. I don't know the story 
but here is one. maybe Andy V. does
