The crane is from junk ,with a tubular drive shaft horizontal boom ( diminishing sizes out from the center), pivoting on a small car kingpin atop a 1" pipe tripod. Loops from coil spring are welded on under one end to hang buckets from. The buckets are filled with water till the weight of the load on the far end is compensated for. It'll lift about 800# to 20'. The tripod has wheel barrow wheels and a handle so i can move it by myself.
