My 2 cents... Simply have the landscaper BUY your items at your normal
price and then he can SELL them to his customer at same or higher price
as he wishes.
Depending upon how "good" a client he has, he may or may not mark you
items up. If not, he will likely pad his fee somewhere or just be happy
that he was to add value to his work by incorporating your work therein.
You could offer a "Volume discount" if you wish should he purchase over
a given amount, $1000.00 for example, 2-5% or whatever.
