[TheForge] Do you know if the normalizing differ substantially from the annealing

I've actually read that more than once. There is a lot of information in 
it, although sometimes what I think I understand isn't quite the way it 
is. I haven't looked at it in over a year, but I don't recall it 
covering my question. I'll look again anyway. That PDF was full of 
useful stuff, it got me reading TTT diagrams and I found the bits on 
carbon diffusion particularly interesting.

I just received a Machinist's Handbook from a friend and need to dig 
through that a bit.
