I can't say Bruce, Glenn and I are friends but I'm nothing like that 
kind of insider. Nobody is going to say anything to me about strategy, I 
don't think Glenn's looking to trash anyone, he just wants to be shut of 
this crap.

If the plaintiff's identity is public record ayone should be able to 
find out. The initial suit was filed in another country so I have zero 
idea about what is or isn't public information.

I have to try keeping a personal distance or I start losing it. It's an 
aspect of my TBI I"m afraid. Most of the brain damage was to  my left 
hemisphere so amongst other things my amygdala isn't in as good control 
as it used to be and I can really get going on a subject, right wrong or 
whatever. Language interpretation and production is left hemisphere too, 
so I not only may miss what someone means I don't communicate as well as 
I used to. My inner voice doesn't work like it used to either, 
somethings I find myself having inner dialogues about things that 
happened decades ago. Temporal sense is left hemisphere too so that's 
scrambled and I have to stop, think and compare to approximate dates, 
times and sometimes sequence of events. Temporal sense is also the main 
control for linear thinking which is a biggy. This crap is improving but 
it still causes problems. <sigh>

I sometimes find myself lost in a rant over such minor things as to mean 
nothing. I'm sad to say I blew a gasket at you for no good reason Bruce. 
And what's worse I knew I shouldn't send it and sent it anyway. I've 
reread your posts and can't for the life of me figure out what you wrote 
that pissed me off so much, probably something long past that just 
boiled up then. I wish I could take it back or undo it but what's done 
is done and I really have to work at moving on. Right now in fact I have 
to work to NOT get back into a rant OR beating myself up for a few days.

Yeah, you've probably guessed it, I've been reading up on the brain, 
strokes and TBI.

Anyway, I don't dare get too involved in IFI's troubles or I'll find 
myself ranting nonstop to no purpose and probably making things worse. 
Heck, I shouldn't've started making these update posts but avoiding my 
issues isn't going to help me overcome them. Passing on what I do know 
will I hope help quell some of the rampant unfounded rumors running now.
