Stillo above water here, thanks.
Yes, i knew. I leased the place for over 20 years.
It had 40 feet of backyard with 2 rows of cypress windbreaks and a big
saltbush hedge. There was a 2 bedroom stucco house, behind that was the old 1930s stucco gas station and hot dog stand and a 40' water tower.
All gone now and the waves are up to the highway.
We salvaged the hardwood floor and the windows.
The rest was pretty termite infested.
I could shut down the forge, close the shop doors, and be fishing in 10 minutes.
I still mourn that place.

Hello Peter;
How goes it?
I knew someone had had their home fall in the ocean in the past I did
not remember who. did you have warning that the previous home was going
to tumble down to the beach and ocean? how much were you able to salvage
before it fell in?
