[TheForge] Jet tailstock disassembly?

We looked at property in Nipomo Beach area before we ended up here.
Property was pretty cheap, junkyards were plentiful and the chicano culture was rich.
It's at the downwind end of a long , sandy bay and built on sand dunes.
I figured that just living there,
would be the mechanical equivalent ,plus corrosion, Jerry.
