After Fukushima, i'm just amazed that every nuke plant in the country isn't retrofitting like mad. Stupid.
Real-world, long term costs don't seem to exist in the current political climate.

Just thinking about bottleneck slide style playing....thinking that a sort of indexable bottleneck with narrow ,cam lobes, 
would allow the musician to depress individual strings, or combinations, by rotating the bottleneck. Dunno...maybe not.

What about frailing style banjo? I've heard some pretty hot "picking" from
some of those guys. I'm so lucky to have the Dobro going, can't mute and
play single strings like I want til I get my middle finger back, but it's a
delight to be able to play at all!
