[TheForge] While we're spring cleaning - chisel handles

Personally, I don't plan to reuse chisels/handles, but know of a guy who has 
both long (hand use) and short (for use with a mallet) handles he uses with 
the same chisels.   Might just be he's too cheap to buy additional 
chisels.....
What would be the best way to permanently attach?
