Make the tools you need for your forge.  Rake, Poker,  chisle, punch, 
bending forks.

If you have a welder you can convert flea market pliers into tongs by 
welding on reigns.  Or you can convert worn out hoof nips into tongs.  To 
make tongs from scratch you will probably need help at first. When I teach 
the beginners class guys are making tongs by the end of the second day.

Also if you have a welder you can weld a piece of square tubing onto the end 
of your RR track to act as a hardie hole.
