[TheForge] new burn therapy

When did theforge e-mail list start? I've been on continuously since about
1993, so it had to be sometime before that.

It wouldn't've been me Mike. Theforge and Artmetal were my first list
experiences. Chris Ray walked me through joining. Before that were bulletin
boards and .alt.rec . . . Ughh.
