   - 3rd International festival “The Smith of Happiness 2013”
   - Blacksmiths and artists on metal of any kind are welcome to
   participate in the festival.
   - “The Smith of Happiness 2013” is not only the blacksmiths event, but
   it is a great holiday of crafts, cheerful fair and a concert as well.
   - Blacksmiths from all over the world will together make a great
   sculpture of the “World Tree”. Every participant will be able to include
   the personal element to this project, for example a branch, a leaf or any
   other decorative element. The shod sculpture will be presented on 310th
   birthday to the city of St. Petersburg.
   - The registration fee of the participant is 80 euros.
   - For the registered participants of a festival such events are included
   in the program:
   - • Welcome meeting (17/05/2013 18:00);
   - • Bus sightseeing tour ‘Night of museums" (18/05/2013-19/05/2013);
   - • The festival t-shirt and badge;
   - • The equipped place for work for the time of the festival;
   - • Group transfers from the nearest metro station to the place of the
   festival;
   - • Special lower price for meals during the festival;
   - • Excursion across night Neva with viewing of the drawn bridges and

   - • Hotel reservation services (Payment of accommodation is not included
   in the registration fee)
   - Conditions of cancellation of the registration:
   - • Refusal of participation is accepted only in written form, by e-mail
   ….or by fax ….not after the 20th of April 2013;
   - • In case of registration cancellation till April 20, 2013 40 euros
   are kept by the organizers;
   - • In case of registration cancellation on the 20th of April or after
   this date the registration fee is fully kept by the organizers;

   - Foreign participants are welcome to choose one of the following
   variants of accommodation to stay.

   meters from the Moscow railway station in the very centre of
   Saint-Petersburg. Each room has a conditioner, liquid crystal TV,
   telephone, high-speed internet connection, hair dryer. Continental
   breakfast is included in the price of the stay.

   the hotels.
   - Please keep in mind that May is one of the most popular months for
   tourists to visit Saint-Petersburg, and the later the organizers will get
   the registration form of the participant the harder it would be to organize
   the best accommodation for him.
