So the total thickness isn't 24 ga. eh Ron? for 24 ga. a pair of stout
scissors would work, tin snips would be no contest and easy. Doubled is a
different game, it'd even screw up in a circle shear by wadding around the
shear wheels. Anneal it, unfold it and take a pair of aircraft snips to it.
If you gotta leave it folded get a pair of the double action shears and eat
your wheaties Orrrr, buy a real fine, say 34 or more TPI blade for your jig
saw, mark center, draw your circles and have at it. EASY though, hog it and
it'll magically transform into a mess.
