[TheForge] Anyone tried to cut 24 gage brass sheet?

tin snips work just fine. I use Wiss 16" bulldogs for things like this- quick and easy.
The circle cutters Andy refers to are great, but unless you find one for next to nothing used, they are quite expensive- new, a manual is a couple grand, a powered one five G's or more.
Plasma works ok, too- I use a circle cut from plywood as a pattern, slightly smaller than my desired circle, trace around it with the torch.
But not all "brass" cuts well with plasma- depends on the alloy, of which there are dozens. Brass can sometimes remelt after the cut, especially hand cutting, where you cant accurately control the speed and torch standoff height.
