Nah!  You guys missed the point completely!

This was anti-O. Andy speaking.  He specifically wanted a >nuclear
attack< sub.  And the query came the day after the recent results were
announced in the media.

I think he planned to dig a big, round, glass-bottomed lake with it --
with 495 as a beach- access road.
