That area took a 8' storm surge and was under up past Hylan Blvd. At the 
Blvd it was a few feet deep, by him a lot of water but probably not the 
force of it. No power in that area and probably not soon. But he has a 
better shot than the houses near the beach of getting back together. Keep 
trying to get to him. Let me know if you do
