They have to help the poor neighborhoods a little to justify fixing the
higher real estate areas. They like to fix the amusement areas to help give
the semi-poor something to go to and help make them poorer.
As usual the more you own of politics, the more you get
I think they may try to put money into some the shore area of Staten Island
as the local political machine is a major land owner there (From what I
hear...), but some areas might not get as much help. Time will tell all
