[TheForge] filling pipe with sand to bend

I reshaped a small scissor jack to deal with a dent in curved copper pipe once , that sorta worked.
I keep imagining an elongate, linearly split  egg, with a squatty hydraulic cylinder inside and a hose tail.

That will work.  It is, in fact, the method I intend on using to remove 
a small dent from a shotgun barrel.
