[TheForge] filling pipe with sand to bend

I've seen the method outlined by Bob above quite a bit in relation to
musical instruments. I believe they also use frozen soapy water to similar
effect.
I've also watched them re-shape a bent pipe using a ball bearing with an
outer diameter equal to that of the desired inner diameter & smaller ball
bearings to push it through, but it seems like that also requires very
accurate forms.
