Nah.  Tons of people in NJ are too stupid to understand market forces. 
  They'd rather stand on a piece of property, paying extortionate taxes 
for 20 years than budge on price.  It seems to be very unique to NJ 
because I've not seen this brand of psychosis anywhere else, save MAYBE 
Long Island.
