hello;

the reality of state of illinois and city of chicago elections being
controlled by the alderman/precient captians/ward committeeman/etc.

chicago and cook county control the state of illinois. the other 101
counties are meaningless. votes are bought regularly in chicago
particularly on the south side. their relatives have jobs working for
the precinct captian/alderman/ward committeeman/etc and are told how to
vote. they are giving $5.00/$10.00/$20.00 USD for the travel expenses to
the polling place or for lunch.

that does even touch the ghost voters from vacant lots, abandon
buildings, cemeteries, etc.

in the recent primary election on 20 march 2012 with beautiful weather
less then 25 percent of eligible voters actually went out and voted.

apathy is rampant in illinois.
