I was working on that solution years ago.  It is pretty complex desiging 
a robot that can traverse a tree.  I figured out it would be easier to 
train monkeys how to operate chainsaws and chase a laser pointer.    
After watching a discount tree trimming crew the neighbor hired I 
realized that had been done already.
