I dug through my "Hammer's Blow" binder. The Stuart Hill joints were in 
the Spring 2010 issue (Vol 18 #2)

I really need to review those more often. There's a bunch of stuff, 
particularly from the earlier issues that have projects that were beyond 
my skill back then, that are now very appealing. (So thanks for asking, 
or I wouldn't have dug through them)

Bob Patrick's approach is still somewhat different. And he crafted a 
spring-fuller-like tool to start the bends. It's certainly worth the $5 
for the video.
