[TheForge] how do they make 300 mesh titanium powder?

There are several processes for making metal powder. The two I am familiar with are gas or water atomization where a jet of gas or water is blown through a stream of molten metal exiting the bottom opening in a pressurized crucible of molten metal. The resulting power is sieved to get the desired grain size. Here is a video of the process http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgiwGmf4fFc 

AFAIK Titanium is only done in the gas (argon) atomization process.
