[TheForge] New silver alloy

Not really new.  Been around about 12 years now.  Jeff Herman of SNAG 
was somehow involved with this and was my "in" for beta samples, though 
I never took him up on it.

I am still partial to fine silver.  Not as convenient as sterling or 
argentium, though.
