[TheForge] forge welding stainless

Nice resource, but there's so much there that I didn't spot (quickly)
a tutorial on canister welding.

A couple years back I stopped by a CT blacksmith guild (?) demo of
canister welding.  They, too, made it look easy.  (Maybe it's easy?)
They used a forging press.
