I will be interested in reading the final report on this.  That new article 
appears to have a little 'editorializing' applied.   For some reason, this 
shooter was ill-prepared, or not really interested in killing or something?, 
as he fired off dozens of shots and only managed to hit 4 people total, 
including himself.   This in a mall with an estimated 10,000 people in it. 
His rifle did jam once, but according to reports, he was able to eject the 
clip and reload.   I kind of think that the reality of shooting people was 
much different than he pictured and he lost the bravado as it started to 
happen.
