Actually, light bulbs don't contain nothing. Heat one with your
oxy-acet torch till a spot gets hot.  If it has nothing inside, it
will sag and burst inwards under 15 psi trying to get in.  But that
won't happen.

As for how much the outside of a lighbulb contains, refer to Venn
diagrams.[1]  The outside contains everything in the universe that isn't
inside, right?

Not to mention that all the hullabaloo from CERN is about something
anticipated to shed light on the nature of nothing, in the hope that
nothing is enough of something that it can explain why there doesn't
seem to be enough stuff in the universe to account for how the
universe looks from here.
