Unless you need a very portable or you're going to work on rather
small things only, I'd suggest you pass on it.  A 75# anvil with a
chunk out of it is not worth $200, to start with, and it's probably
too small an anvil for normal use anyway.

Look for a 125# anvil, a good size for starting out.  Look up your
local ABANA chapter and see if the folks there know of anvils for
sale.

And don't forget that any heavy steel object can be used as an "anvil"
for much work.
