Buzzing any of the tall buildings near Anchorage or Fairbanks will get you 
an invite to ground by the airforce too. The bases are really close. Touch 
and goes on roads is pretty standard here, you gotta be darned well off to 
have a strip of your own and you may want to go a visiting or Christmass 
caroling.

I have mixed feelings about not having access to aircraft to misspend my 
youth in, I think I took enough chances as it was.
