hello andy;
the part of that report that bothers me is that the plane had sat for
over 3 yrs before my lawyer purchased the plane in january 2012.
why would someone build a plane and let it sit for over 3 yrs?
going by what is mounted on the wall of his office, he is instrument
rated. that does not tell us much of anything about how good a pilot he
was.
he clearly was not familar with the plane.
google "seawind 3000" and look at the numerous images of the plane. the
design is very different.
