[TheForge] Oh, Jeeze...California Considers Table Saw Law

I have known several people that played the role of village idiot:  to
their own advantage. Think of it in the light of being " Dumb like a 
Fox".   In that light I was once working on a Ren Faire persona that
verged on the village idiot.

It started as a lark,  but the looks of condensation received, and the
quick assumptions that the general public readily took on, were quite
startling for me.
