Ron,  Hope you get back in action soon -- I know how those "it came loose 
falls" can really be bad.  Happened to me with my big pry bar on the 3 point 
a few years ago.

Those welding cylinder caps get traded around from bottle to bottle in 
welding supply house -- even new, they might be on a different cylinder from 
a different supplier.  Good to pass on the problem.
