Generator is overweight item subject to $89.95 additional freight charge.  Currently on backorder.  This allows them to make the sales, see how many they need, and buy in bulk from China at a great discount-to them.

The low end 12 V winches used to have a fairly short working life..not sure how much they have improved.
Plywood or boards ( if the floor is dirt) plus pipe rollers and a couple of come-a-longs ought to move some pretty darn heavy stuff, given your floor anchors. It's economical and easy to store...oh, don't forget pry bars.
