Go to tailgate sales.  You'll find those at the events of your local
ABANA affiliate (BAM?)

But, anything that blows air at sufficient pressure will do.  A great
bellows.  A crankcase vent blower from car or truck.  A leaf blower.
A shop vac.

You can't remedy too low a volume or pressure but you can always
divert excess volume or pressure.
