Given a non standard thread and a low pressure junction..
Take a slightly smaller standard fitting with conveniently sized connections and liberally butter it with epoxy or silicon glue,
Take the odd fitting, spray with a separating/non-stick stuff like silicon grease,
Mould more epoxy over those threads and assemble.
Unscrew when cured.
Or just glue a convient sized nipple to the odd sized thread directly.
