Think of this as a bunch of guys at the end of the day, libation in hand 
and feet up sitting on the stoop in front of the general store.
The topic tends to wander from time to time, but that helps make our 
fellow list members three dimensional.

Sooner or later the other folks tell us to shut up, or they just 
introduce a new topic. Everything stays friendly.
