[TheForge] eco coke

Our friends in Japan are the ones who are starting to mass produce Eco Coke. 
They are producing this stuff for the specialty steel makers at this point in 
time. With the pictures they were showing, it appeared to be a blacksmith shop 
of sorts.

For the Japanese the reason for ECO is to clean up all of the wood in the non 
irradiated places. We could do this in a few states at the moment.

Perhaps it represents a well optimized industrial process more than 
anything else.
