Are you talking about horses or two legged cattle?
When you're roping you dally the rope around the horn after you throw the
loop over the target, head or heals. So Toedally brings to mind a cowboy
dallying with his feet. I mean sure, I've seen cowboys in positions where a
foot or two is in position to do this, heck I've been there, I've just never
seen anyone Dally that way.
