It's a grim bit of the shitstorm.
I did that dance 30 years ago and it's still vivid in my memory.
 It's hard to hear...but she needs all the support you can muster.
What  no one says it that there is a psychedelic aspect to many chemo regimens.
It's a time for you to quietly  offer all you can,
and her to take all she can get.
A lot of what comes out her mouth will be the chemo speaking.
It will pass, but seems forever.
