Would that I had protected my hearing better in my 20s.   Tinnitus is a 
constant companion as I grace 50.   Open pipes on bikes and cars, and 
big guns.  Smarter by my 30s but the damage was done.    If I was 
running power hammers, then everyone would be wearing hearing 
protection, but then I am not crazy enough to mix young boys and power 
hammers in groups.  Maybe in one on one instruction.
