Man, talk about rode hard and put away wet.
I would go maybe $300 for that.
Its gonna need complete sandblasting, repainting, replacement of a lot of parts, some easy, like bolts, some much more expensive, like hydraulics, and possibly sourcing or making some of the machined parts.
It appears to be missing whole sections.
And the Ironcrafters were never top of the line ironworkers- they were a sort of home brew company, where there are no castings, everything is just mig welded together. 
I am pretty sure they are out of business, so no replacement parts are available.

Me, I would skip it and look for a better one, one that is plug and play.
