I get the Toronto Globe & Mail (aka "Canada's national newspaper")
weekend edition almost every week and every week there are several
bankruptcy or similar auctions of fabricators, machine shops, tool &
die shops, machine tool makers and injection moulding shops.  I'm
guessing that your China option is already in progress.

Ha.  How times change.  Of the 115 of my high school class who
reported in at the 50th reunion, *none* of those (and exactly one of
the few others with whom I've stayed in contact) reported computer
related careers.  I came the next closest: I've grossed maybe $1,000
in the last 24 years from computer-related work.  One of my
classmates, though, is a world-class Barbie Doll collector, dealer and
consultant.
