OK, that makes it a 98 ton cylinder.  Enerpac hydraulics will cost you 
and arm and a leg.  If you get "normal" pumps/hoses running at 3K psi 
you will have about 30 tons, which is plenty and keeps everything 
running well under spec.  The lower your capacity the less heavily will 
you have to build the frame.  You can certainly go for the full 100 tons 
if you must, but if you don't need it, why waste the resources?
