I just found the enerpac info online.
It has dimensions, although not all of em, for both a channel style frame, and one built of 4 pieces of flat bar.

I havent ever seen a commercial one made from square tube, and I think there is a reason for that.
if you are really wanting 200 tons, it needs to be very very sturdy.
Remember, the force required to bend metal goes up with the square of the increase in thickness.
This means a 200 ton press needs to be 4 times as strong as a 100 ton press, and 16 times as herky as a 50 ton machine.
Not linear- 200 ton machine is not simply twice as sturdy as a 100 ton.
hydraulic presses have a lot of force, and when they go, they go.
My friend Bernie Hosey has a 100 ton press with a big weld right down the middle of the support bars- you didnt want to be there when that thing let go- he is lucky to be alive, although he is one of those guys who is just lucky, period.
Anyway, make sure you find real, built presses, not internet theories, to copy. And dont be surprised if 100 ton press weighs 1000lbs or more before you start putting hydraulics on.
