Off the top of my head...Maybe one of those newfangled electric fan motors that have to cool the radiator in a traffic jam.
My guess is that it'd throw a decent sized wheel.....and suck some juice.
Might be the trick will be balancing RPMs and wheel diameter.
The heater fan motor will limit you to a small diameter buff,
but comes with a speed control!
