[TheForge] a little tweeking on my LG help

The easiest way I've fount is to 2 block the hammer on the anvil,  line 
the bolt hole up centerline, replace the bolt with heavy washers 
centered on the hole, and weld washers to the head.
15 - 20 minute fix.
