Yes, it can, but it has to be turned down or it will blow through and
the cut will be ragged. If it's cut to a pattern you might try a test
piece...

Can 18-20 gauge brass sheet be cut with a plasma cutter?  I would assume
the 35A setting and consumables, as one would for cutting aluminum sheet
(I have a Hypertherm 900 machine).  Anyone done this?  If so, any
recommendations?
