Forge it.
Its easy to heat up square tubing, and hammer it into a different shape. You can use a round bar as an interior mandrel.

If you have the ability to weld (gas or arc), you should be able to fill the extra space around the square tubing with some scrap iron. It most assuredly will not be pretty, but it'll work.
